How can I return an item or reclaim?

Before returning goods or reclaiming, make sure you still have the proof of purchase documents and then fill out the return/claim form. Print out the filled out document and attach it to the returned goods or call our customer centre at +420 220 950 910 and ask for possibilities of return or reclamation. The customer centre staff will explain the options and procedures available to you.

Options include:
Returning items personally in our customer centres or sending them to one of our branches.
 

 


Have you changed your mind?

  • If the goods are being refunded within 14 days of the purchase, you may return the goods provided they have not been used and are in the original packaging with all their parts and promotional items.
  • Some items, however, are excluded from these rules. Such as anything custom made to your demands and specifications or items that had to be altered.
  • In this case, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.

 
Defective goods?

  • If the goods are defected or otherwise damaged within the warranty period, usually 6 months (businessman buyer) or 24 months (customer buyer) from the date of the purchase, please contact our customer centre with details about the defect. The warranty period may differ depending on the type of goods or a specific part.
  • Our customer centre staff will help you with returns and claims, and will inform you of the procedure of the reclamation.

 
Was the product damaged during shipping?

  • Should you receive a package containing damaged goods, you should inform our customer centre staff without unnecessary delays (buyer businessman within 24 hours, buyer customer within at best 24 hours but no later than 3 business days from the delivery date).
  • The Customer Center staff will collect the damaged goods and then exchange them.
  • If you have used the item damaged during shipping, we presume, that you have accepted the goods as fully functional and thus are not eligible for the repair or exchange of the goods.

 
Did you receive an incorrect item?

  • If the content of the delivery differs from what you expected or differs from the goods listed in the invoice, inform the customer centre as soon as possible or within the first two days of delivery.
  • Our customer centre staff will aid you with the return of goods and arrange the exchange or return of faulty items.
