The IGM Dovetail Jig can be used to cut half blind dovetails with a router and a router bit. The half-blind dovetail joint is usually ideal for making drawers from solid wood. Thanks to optional templates, you can create all sorts of different joints such as box joints, or through dovetail joints, usually used when making solid wood furniture, jewellery boxes or solid wood containers. The robust clamps are able to hold bigger workpieces as well. Simply clamp the workpiece to the body of the jig, affix the chosen template, set the depth of routing and with help of the guide bush clamped onto your machine, rout out the chosen joint. The Dovetail jig is made in the Czech Republic.

Some router types may not support the IGM guide bush. You can get rid of this difference with the help of an FRB170 Universal clear base, which you affix to the base of your router, centre it accurately and fit it with the IGM guide bush. Code FRB170.
