Efficiency of JET Cyclone Extraction outperforms regular Extraction

Cyclone separation system is a mechanical separation of dust particles by the use of centrifugal power during the detachment process.

Dust and air enter the cyclone separation system that rotates particles along the axis of the cyclone.

The Centrifugal power pulls dust particles to the inner surface of the cyclone tube, the particles are then dragged down into the waste bin.

Air escapes through the top of the separation system. The waste spout must be sealed properly for the cyclone to work properly. This prevents any air sticking and the cyclone movement is not affected as there's no outflow of air through the spout.

Cyclone Extractors are most commonly used to deal with larger debris, these are extracted and separated with great efficiency.

Cyclone Dust Extractors are most commonly used in sawmills for heavier and wet sawdust.

Cyclones are also used in the first stage of debris separation before filtering, as are JET Cyclone Units. Using Cyclone extraction before microfiltration lowers the load on the filtration in your woodshop and stabilizes the entire air conditioning system.

The standard cyclone dust extractor comes with a waste container with a waste bag and a wire container that secures the bag in the desired position. The whole system is pressurized, that is why the container has to be secured in place. The closing and removing of the waste container have a major influence on the proper functioning of the cyclone system.

Cyclone dust extractors are ideal for a wide range of woodworking companies, pastoral productions and similar businesses.
