Vertical side has a 175 / 300 mm scale with notches every 5 mm, making marking of parallel lines quick and accurate. Hypotenuse has a scale from 0° to 90° and a scale for cuts on common, hip and valley rafters. Ideal for quick marking or as a saw guide. Square significantly simplifies construction of roofs.
